About Us

Clinical Psychologist for Adults & Couples

"In the pursuit of a fulfilling life, I firmly believe in the significance of mastering our minds to safeguard against worries, anxieties, and depression. Embracing life's complexities, we, as a species, have evolved beyond our basic needs, now seeking love, connection, purpose, and life satisfaction. It is my conviction that by attaining inner peace, freedom, and outer success, we can truly savor the joys present in our lives and create new ones.

Drawing from over 15 years of experience in the art and science of wellbeing and self-development, I am dedicated to helping individuals restore balance to their lives. If you are grappling with severe symptoms of pathology, we will address those concerns as we journey towards a more harmonious inner state and improved life circumstances. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults and adolescents across North America and the Middle East, assisting them with a range of challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, substance-related struggles, and eating disorders.

My approach is rooted in a Bio-psychosocial framework, whereby I assess and enhance all aspects of one's life, acknowledging the interconnectedness of our physical, psychological, and social well-being. Emphasizing individual strengths, I strive to bolster resources for effectively and efficiently managing areas of vulnerability.

In my therapeutic practice, I integrate the latest and most researched methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques along with ancient healing modalities such as Ayurveda. Evidence-based tools as well as holistic modalities empower clients to navigate their inner landscape with greater insight and true resilience.

As a proud member of the Middle East Psychological Association, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professional practice, ensuring that my clients receive compassionate, skillful, and culturally sensitive care. It is my privilege to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery and growth, guiding you towards a more fulfilling and empowered life".
